Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet CDL rules.
• 2 years of CDL driving experience or graduation from a state-certified driving school.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to operate in-cab computer systems for vehicle tracking and logs.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving and hours of service.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles transferring donations and processed goods safely.
• Drive to designated locations including inner city traffic.
• Maintain company vehicles in a safe, efficient manner.
• Transport donation containers between attended donation centers and Goodwill locations.
• Deliver goods to outlying stores and transfer stations as needed.
• Adhere to DOT rules and company safety practices.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
