Job summary

ABC Supply, America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a licensed CDL Class A driver for local Texas deliveries. You will ensure safe, on-time deliveries and document each step with photos using our camera phone system. The role includes load checks, compliance with regulations, and occasional warehouse work.

You’ll be home nightly and part of a team that values safety and reliability. Pre-employment and random drug screens are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A is required.
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly (70 lb shingles common).
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required.
• Hazmat endorsement is preferred.
• Semi tractor & trailer experience is preferred.
• Trailer mounted forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials safely and on schedule.
• Maintain a safe work zone at each job site.
• Document every delivery with photos using the camera phone system.
• Complete a thorough load check before leaving the branch; secure all cargo.
• Filing logs and government paperwork accurately and timely.
• Provide customer with an invoice and collect COD when applicable.
• Potential warehouse duties including loading/unloading materials as assigned.
