Job summary

Erie Materials, a leading building materials distributor in upstate New York and northeastern Pennsylvania, seeks a dependable delivery driver. You will transport exterior building products, communicate with customers, and ensure on-time deliveries from our branch network.

Ideal candidates have a NYS Class A CDL, 1+ year driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. A strong safety record and good navigation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State Class A license required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building materials is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport and deliver building materials to customer jobsites.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Complete pre-/post-trip inspections and document trip records.
• Capture POD photos and product/location images as required; communicate with customers and dispatch.
• Assist with loading/unloading and stock organization when needed.
