Job summary

PC Logistics, LLC is seeking CDL A drivers to join our growing, family‑owned transportation team. You will operate automatic transmission tractors, unload and reload at two stops per night, and work from a dedicated dispatch team.

We offer a 1,000 sign‑on bonus, home daily routes, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and 401(k) with company match. Experience in winter driving is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong driving record and clean MVR.
• Current CDL A and FED MED card are required.
• Ability to read/write English and work unsupervised at customer sites.
• Comfort with winter driving conditions and inclement weather.
• Experience with live loading/unloading and drop & hook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle in all weather conditions.
• Drive a clean, assigned truck and meet on-time delivery targets (96%).
• Follow all Federal and State laws and company policies.
• Report truck issues, accidents, and traffic violations promptly.
• Serve as main contact for customers and maintain professional conduct.

What to Expect - Schedule:

• Sunday - Friday
• Start at 6:00PM Sunday and 6:30PM Monday‑Thursday
• Average about 7 hours a night

What to Expect - The Truck:

• Transmission: Automatic
• Tractor Brand: Volvo likely
• Trailer Type: 53 ft Dry Van, or Reefer

What to Expect - Product Handling:

• Must be able to push, pull with a pallet jack; Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to operate sit‑down forklift
• Mix of Live Loading and Unloading with Drop and Hook
• Driver will unload and reload at 2 stops each night

Main Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Ability and willingness to safely operate a company vehicle in winter weather conditions, including snow and ice, as an essential function of the position.
• Drive a clean assigned truck safely and responsibly.
• Follow all Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Report problems with your truck, as well as accidents, traffic violations, and damage.
• Serve as the main point of contact for our Customers.
• On time deliveries - 96%
• Current CDL A
• Current FED MED Card
• Clean MVR
• 2‑3 years commercial driving (Class A) experience strongly preferred
• Forklift experience preferred but willing to train
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be willing to drive in inclement weather
• Attention to detail is paramount
• Ability to work unsupervised at customer locations
