Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking a skilled CDL Class A Driver to operate belly dump and side dump trailers across Colorado. You will transport aggregate materials and support construction projects while upholding safety and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

This non-exempt hourly role pays $32–$33 per hour and requires a valid CDL, DOT medical card, and the ability to meet pre-employment screening. Brinks offers robust benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Unrestricted Class A CDL with DOT medical card.
• Experience operating belly dump and/or side dump trailers; training available if needed.
• Pre-screen: pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.

Aufgaben

• Operate belly dump and side dump trailers safely and efficiently on highways, rural roads, and job sites across Colorado.
• Haul and deliver aggregate materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and fill.
• Perform accurate dumping operations according to site specifications and crew instructions.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and state hauling requirements.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and other team members.
• Keep accurate logs, delivery tickets, and required documentation.
• Perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting as needed.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, contractors, and the public.
