Brink Constructors, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a skilled CDL Class A Driver focused on safety to operate belly dump and side dump trailers across Colorado. You will transport aggregate materials, support construction projects, and ensure timely deliveries in varying weather and terrain.

This non-exempt hourly role requires a DOT physical and current DOT medical card, with pay range $32–$33 per hour and a benefits package including 401(k), healthcare, paid holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Unrestricted Class A CDL.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate Card.
• Experience operating belly dump and/or side dump trailers (preferred but not required if willing to train).

Responsibilities

• Operate belly dump and side dump trailers safely and efficiently on highways, rural roads, and job sites across Colorado and surrounding states.
• Haul and deliver aggregate materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and fill.
• Perform accurate dumping operations according to site specifications and crew instructions.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and state hauling requirements.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, site supervisors, and other team members.
• Keep accurate logs, delivery tickets, and required documentation.
• Perform minor maintenance or troubleshooting as needed.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, contractors, and the public.
