About the Role

We’re hiring a CDL Class A Driver – Doubles/Triples to safely operate a dump truck or tractor with one or more trailers to haul materials such as asphalt, gravel, and aggregate to and from job sites, quarries, and plants. This role is essential to supporting daily construction and materials operations.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a dump truck or tractor with doubles/triples trailers
• Haul materials to and from job sites, plants, and quarries
• Utilize company fleet applications for dispatching, communication, and electronic documentation
• Complete electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Load and unload materials using the truck’s hydraulic system
• Use hand tools to clean out truck beds when needed
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of assigned equipment
• Comply with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and team members
• Maintain regular in‑person attendance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Ability to safely climb and descend ladders
• Ability to access and navigate job sites and facilities
• Ability to work in moderate‑noise environments
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours, including nights or weekends

What You Bring

• Valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples (T) endorsement and manual transmission qualification
• Current, valid DOT physical
• Knowledge of USDOT and FMCSA safety regulations
• Familiarity with construction‑related equipment and environments
• Strong communication skills and good judgment
• Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as business needs require
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of driving experience preferred
