Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses in Stockton, CA is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver products to local customers. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and unload as required.

The role requires 1+ year driving experience and a valid Class A CDL. You must be able to lift up to 170 lbs and be available for all shifts within a 24/7 operation. Competitive benefits and retirement plan are included.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle and deliver products to customers.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate PIT/MHE such as electric pallet jack or hand truck.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Average Salary: $100,000 / year

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers

• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle

• This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License

• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
