Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses in Oklahoma City is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to perform safe, professional local deliveries with a newer fleet and pre-loaded trucks.

You will unload at local customers, conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, operate PIT/MHE such as electric pallet jacks, and adhere to safety and background checks. Eligible candidates should have 1+ years Class A experience and a valid CDL.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent military driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle and company equipment for local deliveries.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as electric pallet jacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities:

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers
• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
