Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our dedicated team, running 100% no-touch dry van freight in the Pacific Northwest. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning to the dedicated account.

Both solo and team drivers are welcome, with mostly night driving, 2,000–3,000 miles per week, and weekly home time. Orientation is in Sumner, WA, and a full benefits package is provided after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving program (min 120 hours).
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in past 5 years; safety review applies.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited unemployment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen (urine and hair).

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Drive 53' trailers on dedicated Pacific Northwest lane.
• Mostly night driving with weekly home time.
• New drivers train 4–6 weeks with a trainer before starting on dedicated account.
• Orientation in Sumner, WA.
• Typical miles of 2,000–3,000 per week.
