Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for dedicated no-touch dry van freight across the Pacific Northwest, based out of Sumner, WA. New drivers start with 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training with an experienced trainer before joining the dedicated account.

We welcome both solo and team drivers, offering weekly home time, a competitive pay mix including mileage and weekly wages, and a full benefits package after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all offenses subject to safety review.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited unemployment in the last years; max 6 months in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van trailers on the dedicated Sumner, WA lane.
• Drive primarily at night with a steady weekly mileage routine.
• Complete 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training with an experienced trainer.
• Maintain safety and compliance with all DOT and company policies.
