Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for 100% no-touch dry van freight across the Pacific Northwest, with new driver training. Solo and team routes available, weekly home time, mostly night driving.

New drivers complete 4–6 weeks of OTR/regional training with an experienced trainer before joining the dedicated Sumner, WA lane, with strong benefits and paid orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all offenses subject to safety review.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited unemployment; pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van trailers on Pacific Northwest routes with 100% no-touch freight.
• Complete OTR/regional training with an experienced driver before joining the dedicated account.
• Occasional solo or team driving with mostly night shifts.
• Maintain safety and on-time delivery as a priority.
• Weekly home time and comprehensive benefits after orientation.
