Job summary

NOW Foods in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Driver II (Class A CDL) for the 3rd shift. You will drive locally, perform safety inspections, load/unload, and deliver NOW Foods and other health products to stores and customers.

A CDL Class A with Air Brake Endorsement and 2–3 years of tractor-trailer experience are required. Flexibility for a 3rd shift, strong safety and documentation practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of tractor-trailer experience in the last five years required.
• CDL Class A license with Air Brake Endorsement required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drives forklift to prepare customer orders.
• Receives product from vendors, wraps and bands pallets.
• Helps load and unload trailers as needed.
• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) and DOT inspections.
• Delivers loads to NOW Foods and other health products to stores/customers.
• Maintains driver logs and handles COD transactions.
• Documents delivery information and obtains signatures.
