Lakeshore Beverage in Bloomington, IL is seeking a driven CDL-A Driver for local routes that are delivered each night, with home time. This role supports spot sales, deliveries, and merchandising across multiple accounts while ensuring safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, rotate stock, and maintain product freshness. The position emphasizes coaching, field ride-alongs, and meeting DOT 12-hour delivery windows, requiring a safety-sensitive approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and on schedule, supporting sales and keeping returns low
• Perform daily Pre-Trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe truck
• Follow DOT regulations and company processes at all times
• Identify and maximize spot sales opportunities on each route
• Rotate, stock, and maintain product freshness in every account
• Support training through field ride-alongs and coaching sessions
• Maintain a steady pace to complete assigned deliveries within DOTs 12-hour guidelines
