Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is hiring a CDL Class A Driver in Michigan to operate a modern fleet and safely deliver products to customers. Training is provided with set weekly hours and a home-daily schedule, starting at 6:00 am and working Tuesday to Friday.

The role requires at least 1 year of Class A driving, a clean CDL, and the ability to lift up to 170 pounds. No overnight stays are required and weekends are off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Class A driving experience or equivalent (military).
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A vehicle safely and professionally and deliver to customers.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Operate PIT/MHE equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are hiring immediately and offering the following:

Premium Distributors of Michigan

• Drivers home daily(start and end at the distribution center). No overnight stays are required.


• Set schedule:10-hour shift Tuesday–Friday/starting at 6:00 am(working until route complete) with weekends off


• Pay rate: Training Pay @ $26.00/hour After Training rate @ $8.78/hour + Commission. Earn up to $65,000 in 1st-year earnings

Position responsibilities

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers


• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle


• This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck


• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military


• Must be at least 21 years of age


• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License


• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
