Job Opportunity: Local CDL Driver at Marenakos Rock Center

- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!!!

- Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00

Marenakos Rock Center, a partner of Heritage Landscape Supply Group, is seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player to join our family as a Local CDL Driver.

As our CDL (Class A) Driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely deliver products to customers' places of business or job sites. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime. You will be responsible for residential and commercial deliveries, including hauling material from quarries.

- Home daily, local areas, promoting family time.

- Must be able to drive manual transmission.

- Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00

Essential Duties:

1. Ensure safety through vehicle inspections, load securement, and adherence to traffic rules.
2. Comply with all DOT regulations while operating a commercial vehicle.
3. Load, unload, and stage orders in a job site environment.
4. Deliver to customer sites and branch locations.
5. Understand and adhere to FMCSA regulations.
6. Maintain truck and driving records, including signed delivery receipts, tracking information, and driver logs.

Requirements:

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid CDL (Class A) License.
3. Must be able to drive manual transmission.
4. Acceptable safe driving record.
5. Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations are advantageous.
6. Basic computer skills are helpful.
7. Forklift experience is a plus.
8. Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds repeatedly.
9. Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test, and DOT physical.

Deliveries will include landscape and masonry stone. Candidates must be able to drive manual transmission.
