Job summary

Insituform Technologies LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, is hiring Construction Technicians - Laborers in Memphis, TN. CDL licenses are required for this role. A limited-time sign-on bonus is offered for new hires with a CDL, with additional bonuses for those without CDL as applicable.

The starting hourly rate ranges from $24.00 to $27.50, depending on experience, and 100% on-the-job training is provided. Travel weekly and operate various equipment to rehab sewer and storm lines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician highly preferred.
• OSHA certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required).
• Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools.
• Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
• Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state).

Responsibilities

• Repair sewer lines using Insituform’s product and process.
• Ensure pull-in tube is prepared for installation by inspecting D-Rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable.
• Install the prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane, or other equipment.
• Monitor gauges, dials, or indicators to ensure equipment functions correctly.
• Cure resin products using inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc.
• Learn/train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment.
• Drive vehicles to haul crews and equipment as needed.
• Perform set up and clean up tasks at job site/shop.
