Job summary

Ratp in South Carolina is seeking a Bus Operator (CDL required) to provide safe, reliable passenger transport. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a $25.00/hour wage and a $2,500 signing bonus.

CDL B with passenger and air brake endorsements is required, along with a DOT physical and a high school diploma or equivalent. Ideal candidates are 21+ with a customer-service mindset and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a DOT Physical exam.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid South Carolina Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements.
• Acts as front-line contact to ensure quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses through city and freeway traffic.
• Provide courteous customer service to passengers.
• Adhere to designated routes and speak with Dispatch regarding detours.
• Perform pre-trip inspection and complete DVIR per FMCSR.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
