Job summary

Transdev in Salinas, CA is seeking an experienced CDL Bus Driver to join our elite team. You will ensure safe, comfortable transportation for passengers, delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to schedules and safety protocols.

The role requires a CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement (or CDL Class C with Passenger Endorsement) and at least 3 years of driving experience. This is a full-time position with union benefits through the collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• CDL B with Passenger Endorsement required or CDL C with Passenger Endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations following routes and schedules with safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding and timely disembarkation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement and emergency readiness.
• Other duties as required.
