Job summary

WeDriveU in Boston is seeking a Coach Operator to transport corporate employees along predefined routes, reporting to the Program Manager. You will enforce safety protocols, maintain vehicle logs, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires a commercial driver’s license (A or B), air brakes, and a medical certificate. A split shift and sign-on bonus are included with Full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Hard requirements include a commercial driver's license (A or B) and air brakes.
• Medical certificate is required to operate commercial vehicles.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocol and scheduled routes to transport corporate employees between stops.
• Interact with dispatch and managers professionally and provide customer service.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance or incidents promptly.
• Maintain logs and operate within traffic laws and regulations.
• Flexibly manage split shifts and ADA passenger assistance as needed.
