Job summary

Technica LLC seeks a Bus Driver for a Government contract with a Fort Bliss, TX location. You will drive buses to scheduled locations, assist military units and passengers, and ensure passenger comfort through proper equipment operation.

You must have a valid CDL (A or B with passenger endorsement) and a Medical Clearance Card, plus at least 3 years of driving experience. The role may involve 24/7 TMP operations and strict safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of recorded driving experience.
• Must hold CDL Class A or CDL Class B with passenger endorsement and Medical Clearance.
• Customer-focused and familiar with the Fort Bliss area.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses for transportation of passengers per scheduled mission requirements to local or distant points.
• Assist passengers and military units as required.
• Regulate heating, lighting, and ventilating systems for passenger comfort.
• Comply with local, state, and federal traffic regulations.
• Conduct bus inspections per DOT regulations and confirm fuel, oil, and water levels before departure.
• Load/unload baggage into bus cargo storage as needed.
• May operate various transportation equipment to complete mission requirements.
• Abide by rules and regulations of the Transportation Motor Pool.
• Report schedule delays, vehicle damage, or accidents to TMP management immediately.
• The Transportation Motor Pool operates 24/7 at times.
