Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Bucket Operator with CDL in Natural Bridge, VA. This full-time role involves operating a bucket truck to remove branches from electrical lines, climbing, and performing daily equipment maintenance. CDL and DOT Medical Card are required.

Overtime may be required, and benefits are provided. The position supports storm restoration work and requires strong safety practices, physical endurance, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• CDL and DOT Medical Card required.
• Heavy equipment operation experience preferred.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to travel for storm restoration work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and enforce rules.
• Prepare equipment and materials for daily work under Foreperson's direction.
• Operate equipment as directed by Foreperson.
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
• Assist crew members and lead when required.
• Clean up and dispose of debris.
• Set up barriers and warning signs for safety.
• Keep up with new equipment specs and company policies.
• Report mileage to Foreperson.
• Perform storm-work duties as needed.
