Job summary

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is seeking a Delivery Associate for our Kalamazoo depot. You will load beverages, drive CDL box trucks, and deliver to accounts in northern Michigan, ensuring accuracy and high service standards.

Responsibilities include handling pallet jacks and occasional hi-lo use, with a focus on safety and on-time deliveries. This full-time role requires dedication to customer service and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• CDL A or B with airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience in CDL box trucks with airbrakes.
• Hi-lo experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating GPS/handheld devices.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load alcoholic beverages onto handcart and deliver to accounts from Kalamazoo depot.
• Drive CDL box trucks with airbrakes to destinations throughout northern Michigan.
• Check product for damages and ensure correct quantities.
• Provide courteous customer service and communicate professionally with staff.
• Operate pallet jacks and, if needed, hi-lo equipment.
• Record payments and reconcile routes as required.
