Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is hiring a Delivery Associate for Kalamazoo. You will drive CDL box trucks, verify products, and provide courteous service to customers. The role requires lifting up to 45 pounds and operating equipment like pallet jacks and hi-lo under all weather conditions.

The position includes a daily guarantee with commission potential, full-time hours, and benefits. CDL with airbrake endorsement and driving experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold CDL A or B with airbrake endorsement and drive CDL box trucks.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in CDL box trucks with airbrakes.
• Customer service skills and a courteous, respectful demeanor required.
• Ability to operate Hi-lo and GPS/handheld devices is preferred.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to accounts following correct quantities and routes.
• Operate CDL box trucks with airbrakes and pallet jacks; occasionally hi-lo.
• Ensure product quality, check for damages, and collect payment when applicable.
• Maintain professional communication with department staff and customers.
• Adhere to company, DOT, state, and federal policies; follow safety procedures.
