Job summary

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits, Michigan's largest alcoholic beverage wholesaler, seeks a Delivery Associate for its Traverse City depot serving northern Michigan accounts. You will load cases, drive CDL box trucks with airbrakes, manage route payments, and provide courteous customer service in all weather.

This is a full-time role with shifts around 5:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), vacation and holidays, and a perfect

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Chauffer license.
• CDL A or B license with airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience in CDL box trucks with airbrakes.
• Hi-Lo experience preferred.
• Must operate GPS and handheld devices (helpful).
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 45 lbs.
• Acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load alcoholic beverages onto a handcart and hand deliver to accounts throughout northern Michigan from the Traverse City depot.
• Drive CDL box trucks with airbrakes.
• Check product for damages and/or errors.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and friendly customer service.
• Operate power and manual pallet jacks; occasionally operate hi-los.
