Country 3 Corners in Weare, NH seeks a reliable Backup CDL Driver/Yard Associate to join our team. This dual role combines local/regional driving with hands-on yard work to keep operations moving smoothly.

You will operate as needed, assist with receiving and stocking, perform vehicle inspections, and support inventory counts. CDL-B training will be provided; a safe, team-focused mindset is essential. Experience in warehousing is a plus.

Qualifications

Team player with reliable attendance and safety focus.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and yard work.
Comfort with both driving and yard operations.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial vehicles for local/regional deliveries as needed in a backup driving capacity.
Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory in the yard and warehouse.
Load and unload trucks safely using proper equipment and techniques.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Support yard operations including material handling, inventory counts, and order fulfillment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
