Country 3 Corners in Weare, NH seeks a reliable Backup CDL Driver/Yard Associate to join our team. This dual role combines local/regional driving with hands-on yard work to keep operations moving smoothly.

You will operate as needed, assist with receiving and stocking, perform vehicle inspections, and support inventory counts. CDL-B training will be provided; a safe, team-focused mindset is essential. Experience in warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries as needed in a backup driving capacity
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory throughout the yard and warehouse
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using proper equipment and techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Support yard operations including material handling, inventory counts, and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-B) required. We will send the right candidate to school to acquire their CDL-B License
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT compliance standards
• Prior experience in yard operations, warehousing, or material handling preferred
• Ability to safely operate forklifts or other yard equipment (certification a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and outdoor yard work in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented attitude
