Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate the collection truck along assigned routes and service customers on schedule.
• Load refuse using packer/compactor and dispose at designated facility.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and colleagues daily.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and complete required reports (VCRs, productivity sheets).
• Follow safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain a high level of professionalism.
