Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a CDL‑B Driver to safely operate a collection truck and provide reliable waste removal services. You will ensure vehicle readiness, comply with safety standards, and complete required reports daily.

The role involves route-based driving, customer interaction, and proper disposal of materials with emphasis on safety and efficiency. Training and benefits are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate the truck on assigned routes and service customers.
• Load refuse, operate the packer, and dispose of material at the facility.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and staff.
• Tag unsatisfactory containers and monitor waste quality.
• Complete route/productivity sheets and safety reports.
• Maintain adherence to productivity standards and safety policies.
