Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Driver CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck on assigned routes, ensure daily inspections and compliance with safety standards, and complete route and vehicle reports.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement required.
• Safe driving record and ability to operate heavy trucks on routes.
• Ability to read route sheets and follow dispatcher instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the heavy truck and service customers on assigned routes.
• Load refuse, operate compactor, and dispose of material at designated facilities.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and report safety issues.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and complete required reports (VCRs, productivity sheets).
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in the ReSOP program.
