Job summary

Republic Services is hiring a Driver- CDL (B) in Indianapolis to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services. The role requires compliance with safety standards and daily vehicle condition reporting.

You will perform pre- and post-operation inspections, follow route sheets, load waste, and interact with customers professionally. A Class B CDL with air brakes is required, with full benefits and PTO as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate the trash collection truck on assigned routes.
• Interact professionally with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers.
• Load and unload waste, operate the packer, and dispose of materials at designated facilities.
• Complete required reports and adhere to safety policies.
