Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to operate a local route on a 12,000–20,000 lb GVW straight truck, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens with safety and service in mind.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb GVW) on local routes delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens with safety and customer service in mind.
• Safely connect hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil.
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $30.00 per hour or $35.00 per hour dependent upon shift selected. Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs.

Available Shift(s)

The first schedule option for this position is Wednesday through Saturday. You’ll work four 10-hour shifts each week, starting at 4:00 P.M. The rate of pay on this schedule is $30 per hour.

The second schedule option for this position is Thursday through Sunday. You’ll work four 10-hour shifts each week, starting at 4:00 P.M. The rate of pay on this schedule is $35.00 per hour. This is comprised of a base rate of $30.00 per hour and a $5.00 per hour Weekend Warrior premium.

Primary Job Accountabilities

As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil

Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance

Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs

Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service

Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard.

Education, Requirements & Competencies

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.) Strong safety mindset
• Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED highly preferred 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience Bilingual Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting
