Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver I to join our local Oregon routes. You will operate an automatic straight truck (12k–20k lb GVW) delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You’ll work four 10-hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday starting at 3:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime, schedule growth, and pathway to higher pay through tenure and program development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting).
• Strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes.
• Deliver cooking oil to commercial kitchens with safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil.
• Use company apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly with customers to meet needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.

Depot Location: 20600 Southwest 115th Avenue, #190, Tualatin, OR 97062

Compensation

The pay for this position is $30.00 per hour. Shift differential and may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs.

Available Shift(s)

The schedule for this position is Wednesday through Saturday. You’ll work four 10-hour shifts each week, starting at 3:00 P.M.

Primary Job Accountabilities

• As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil.
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standard.

Education, Requirements & Competencies

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
• Strong safety mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Driving Record Expectations

Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years):No speeding over 100 mph.

This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Please be advised, a positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law. Additionally, Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
