Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a CDL B City P&D Driver for the North Oxford, MA Service Center. This full-time, first-shift role involves city deliveries, multiple stops, and customer interaction, returning to the terminal each day.

Responsibilities include using scan equipment, handling liftgate deliveries with pallet jack or dolly, and providing dependable service. PTO after 90 days, competitive benefits, and employee resort perks are offered.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B license is required.
• Clean driving record/MVR required.
• Capability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bend, lift and stoop as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up freight within the city and return to the terminal daily.
• Make multiple stops and work with scan equipment.
• Interact with customers during deliveries and pickups.
• Perform potential liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack and/or dolly.

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for CLASS B Truck Drivers at our North Oxford, MAService Center. As a City P&D Driver you will be responsible for city delivery and pickup of freight and returning to the terminal daily. This includes multiple stops per working day, working with scan equipment, working directly with customers, and completing potential liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack and/or dolly.

Requirements / Qualifications

• CDL Class B License
• Good driving record / MVR.
• Must be capable of delivering excellent customer service
• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty

Preferred

• Experience making deliveries in a commercial vehicle in cities and small towns
• Experience using a lift gate and pallet jack
