Job Overview

Richards Building Supply Co. is seeking a CDL Class B Driver for our Richmond, VA location. Candidates may hold either a CDL Class A or CDL Class B License with Air Brake Endorsement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safely deliver products to job sites and unload materials as per customer requests.
2. Receive materials at the warehouse, load trucks, and manage inventory.
3. Operate flatbed trucks and Moffett equipment (training available if needed).
4. Drive manual transmission vehicles and pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CDL Class B driving experience or 2 years of CDL Class A experience.
• Valid CDL with Air Brake Endorsement or CDL Class A license.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs repeatedly; some tasks over 100 lbs.
• Current DOT medical card and a clean driving record.
• At least 23 years old.
• Heavy lifting experience.
