Safety-Kleen in Johnstown, PA is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee to train as a Class B driver. You will service parts washers, collect hazardous waste, and sell products along a defined route.

Company will cover CDL B training, with competitive hourly pay and benefits after 30 days. Opportunities for growth, 401K with match, stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment (company paid).
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 30 days of CDL B.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Background check, drug test and medical exam as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups in a timely manner.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations.
• Complete all required documentation and labeling.
• Generate and collect leads for new products and services.
• Sell additional products and services into existing accounts.
• Follow all local, state, and federal regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles per DOT and company requirements.
• Adhere to company environmental health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
