Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee to train for driving a Class B box truck, performing onsite service, waste pickups, and selling products on a defined route. Earn between $14.16 and $32.88 per hour with BOE and comprehensive benefits after orientation, including 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• CDL B or CDL A required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Perform physical functions per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups in a timely manner.
• Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations.
• Complete required documentation and labeling.
• Generate/collect leads from customers for new products and services.
• Sell additional products and services into existing accounts.
• Follow all local, state and federal compliance regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles per DOT and company guidelines.
• Observe environmental health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
