Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is hiring a DayStreet Sweeper (CDL-B) for the West Chester Township, OH area. This full-time role involves operating a street sweeper during 1st shift, with minimal travel and compensation of $22-23 per hour.

As a member of SCA, you will own assigned routes, perform pre- and post-trip checks, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining attendance and compliance. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services preferred.
• License: CDL-B and DOT Medical Card required.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
• Compliance: Acceptable driving record, background check, and drug screening per policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Safety & inspections of equipment before/after trips.
• Execute routes and complete jobs within timeframes with quality.
• Operate street sweeping equipment safely and legally.
• Handle materials and disposal sites per procedures.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain professional communication with team, supervisors, and clients.
• Complete logs, manifests, and forms accurately.
• Adapt to changes and solve issues timely.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
