Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC and its affiliated companies is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to transport workers around the Harwood, ND data center site, ensuring safety and customer service excellence. The role requires a valid CDL-B with school bus and passenger endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

The position offers part-time hours with evening, weekend, and overnight flexibility, plus benefits for part-time team members.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, routes, and schedules independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle along assigned routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents that occur during the route.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or passenger needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
