Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Orange, TX is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee to train for a Class B CDL, perform onsite services for parts washers, and drive a route to pick up waste and sell services. Company will pay to obtain the CDL and offers growth opportunities within Clean Harbors family.

Responsibilities include safe operation, timely deliveries, and proactive lead generation. Training will prepare you for Hazmat/Tanker endorsements and a customer-facing role with potential benefits

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain CDL B within 180 days and Hazmat/Tanker endorsements.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical capability for job duties and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups on time.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer sites.
• Generate and collect leads for new products and services.
• Sell additional products/services into existing accounts.
• Follow DOT and company safety and environmental guidelines.
