Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Springdale, AR is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver. You will operate a Class B box truck, service parts washers, and pick up hazardous waste along a defined route while upselling products and services.

The role requires a Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days, strong customer service, and the ability to work safely and compliantly with DOT rules. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold Class B CDL and Hazmat/Tanker endorsements within 90 days.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and physical.
• Must meet OSHA Respiratory Protection facial hair standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the number one priority by following all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Visit 10–12 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.
• Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing businesses.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups promptly.
• Follow local, state, and federal regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles per DOT and other requirements.
• Follow environmental health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
