Safety-Kleen in Springdale, AR is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver to operate a CDL B box truck, provide onsite service for parts washer machines, and sell products and services on a defined route.

Role involves visiting 10-12 sites daily, swapping 15- and 30-gallon drums, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while growing customer relationships across automotive, fleet, and manufacturing customers.

• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads.
• Serve automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing clients.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups on time.
• Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal regulations and DOT requirements.
• Operate vehicles safely per regulations.
• Observe environmental and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Safety-Kleen will pay for you to obtain your endorsements if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
• May visit 10-12 customer sites per day
• Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions
• Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks
• Up-sell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field
• Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing type businesses
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups in a timely manner
• Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Class B CDL
• Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Perform physical functions per job requirements
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
• Per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.134, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL)
