Job summary

Schwan's Company in Spokane, WA is hiring immediately for a CDL Class B delivery driver. You will provide route coverage, deliver products, place orders, and merchandise to ensure product availability on store shelves.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement.
• 21 years or older and able to meet medical certification requirements.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide route coverage while delivering product and placing orders.
• Unload products and collect proof of delivery.
• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform truck inspections.
