Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Midland, TX is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee. The role trains to operate a Class B box truck to service parts washer machines, collect waste, and sell on a defined route. You will be coached toward CDL B with company-paid training and Hazmat/Tanker endorsements planned after start.

The program emphasizes safety, customer service, and independent time management while meeting regulatory standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.

• Willing to obtain CDL B within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups in a timely manner.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations.
• Complete required documentation and labeling.
• Generate/collect leads from customers for new products and services.
• Sell additional products and services into existing accounts.
• Follow all local, state and federal regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with DOT requirements.
• Observe all corporate health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment.
• Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 30 days of CDL B.
