Job summary

United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is seeking a CDL-B Route Service Driver to service portable sanitation equipment across job sites. You will clean, stock, transport and maintain portable restrooms and related systems while ensuring safe, timely, and courteous service.

This role emphasizes safety, customer interaction, and reliable on-time performance. Responsibilities include onsite repairs, equipment moves, pre/post-trip inspections, loading/unloading, and

Qualifications

• A valid Class B CDL with safe driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT-regulated commercial driving experience.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to drive day or night; some weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Repair portable restroom units onsite as necessary.
• Provide onsite moves of equipment and pick-up/delivery as requested.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and maintain logs.
• Load and unload units.
• Fuel vehicles and other equipment as necessary.
• Frequent customer interaction and offering additional services.
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
