Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt waste removal services. You will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, complete daily VCRs, and adhere to regulations on every shift.

The role emphasizes courteous customer service, on-time route execution, and proactive reporting to maintain fleet readiness and service quality across our Phoenix operations.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate a heavy truck on designated routes and service customers.
• Load refuse, operate the packer and dispose of material at the designated facility.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and teammates daily.
• Maintain readiness of the vehicle and complete required reports daily.
