Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
• Safely operate the collection truck along designated routes and service customers as scheduled.
• Load refuse and operate the compactor following safety policies and procedures.
• Interact politely with customers, dispatchers and coworkers to maintain service quality.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and report issues per policy.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor for spills, ensuring safety standards.
• Complete route/productivity sheets, VCRs and other required reports.
