Job summary

Interstate Waste Services, Inc. is hiring CDL B Roll Off Truck Drivers in New Jersey. Earn $28.80/hour with a full benefits package and PTO. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays; 6am start; year-round steady work.

1 year of verifiable CDL driving in the last 7 years and a great safety record are required. We service Northern NJ, Southern NY, NYC and have expanded into PA and OH. Driver will operate front, side or rear-loading trucks and must comply with DOT/OSHA regulations while

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A or B CDL
• Airbrake endorsement
• 1-year CDL driving experience in last 7 years
• Excellent safety record and clean MVR
• Ability to understand DOT/OSHA regulations and traffic rules
• Must be able to read and understand maps and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks for waste or recycling pickup
• Transport material to disposal, transfer or recycling facilities
• May perform one or more trips per shift
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain safety standards
