Interstate Waste Services is seeking CDL B Roll Off Truck Drivers in Shelton, CT. Early starts and Monday–Friday shifts with occasional Saturdays offer hourly pay with overtime and a robust benefits package.

The role requires 1 year of verifiable CDL experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to operate both manual and automatic trucks. You will navigate urban routes and perform rigorous pre/post inspections in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL and Airbrake Endorsement.
• 1 year CDL driving experience in the last 7 years.
• Ability to pass safety and DOT inspections.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks.
• Transport waste and recyclables to disposal or recycle facilities.
• Backup and maneuver in tight city areas as required.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues.
