Job summary

Interstate Waste Services is seeking CDL B Commercial Roll Off Truck Drivers for a 6am–2pm schedule in Chester, NY. The role offers steady year‑round work with full benefits and PTO.

Drivers operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks, collecting waste or recyclables and transporting them to disposal or recycling facilities across diverse routes. Requirements include a valid CDL, airbrake endorsement, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrake endorsement.
• Good safety record and clean MVR.
• Ability to read and understand English for reports and communication.
• Willing to work early hours, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate front, side, or rear-loading trucks for waste or recycling collection.
• Transport material to disposal, transfer or recycle facilities and make multiple trips if needed.
• Back and maneuver trucks in confined spaces with precision.
• Perform driver pre- and post-inspections and maintain vehicle safety standards.
